Due to the nature of the products, we CANNOT accept return on any of the products. All are products are handcrafted and are entirely unique and different and undergo proper quality control before shipping. However, in case an incorrect product is shipped to you, we organise an exchange process to replace it. In order to replace the product, undergo the following steps: 1. Please inform us about the incorrect product WITHIN 24 HOURS of delivery. You can mail to us at: preetikarjewel@gmail.com. You are requested to send pictures of the delivered product along with the exchange request. 2. Our representative will contact you within 24 hours of your request. 3. If the product is actually incorrect, the exchange process will be initiated. Our delivery agent will collect the product from you within 3-4 days. Keep the original packing with the tags intact. 4. After checking of the product by our quality controllers, we will initiate the process of delivery of the correct ordered product by you.

In case you wish to cancel your order after placing it, you can do so by placing a cancellation request to us ONLY within 24 hours of placing the order. You can mail to us at preetikarjewel@gmail.com. Our representative will contact you. If your request is within the time period, we will initiate the cancellation process. The refund to your original payment account will be made. It may take 4-5 days for the refund to reflect in your account. We appreciate your paitence in this regard.

We offer shipping all over the world. For shipping across India, it would be free on orders above Rs.999. For orders below Rs.999, a charge of Rs.99 would be applicable. International orders would be attended to personally on request. Kindly contact us personally.
